Federal TSJ is by far the best when it comes to practice ammo for keeping your gun cleaner than using regular ammo.

I had never used these...

I had never used these before. Selfdefense tipped ammo does not work in my Springfield EMP 4 Contour so I use hallow points. I found that these jammed the same way, but only on the first round in so I just got in the habit of making sure I put a FMJ at the top of the magazine. They run perfectly through my other pistols though.
