This magazine release...
This magazine release is needed when switching from factory polymer magazines to increased capacity metal Shield magazines in Glock pistols. This is an inexpensive, effective and easy to install part. I installed one in both mine and my wife's pistols in just a few minutes with only a small flathead screw driver. Initially I wanted black to match the guns frames but black is over twice the cost of other colors. The blue adds a nice custom look to our pistols. The backside on my wife's release looks like case hardened metal and mine is almost completely gold in color. They look sharp and will still function with the factory magazines as a back up or in a pinch. Great product!
