i'm very happy with my...
i'm very happy with my PX4 compact in 40 mm from buds.com. Beautiful craftsmanship by Beretta. fits perfectly in my hand with a nice heft to it. I added a talon pro grip to it that feels great. I also changed out the safety/decock to a decock only. I am thinking of maybe a shoulder holster for this one. I haven't gotten to the range yet, but I'm hoping to get there soon. Like this tool. Can't...
Like this tool. Can't say 'I Love it' - yet. Need to run some more rounds through the PX. After receiving the PX40 I took it to the range to snap some caps and see how the PX did...without cleaning it (out of the box). Mostly failures to feed. Broke her down and cleaned her when I got home. Next time I went to the range she ran much better but still a little rough. Still in the failure to feed line of things, and I had received more Beretta mags by then and used those also to make sure it wasn't a mag issue. Intend to run multiple manufacturers rounds next time I go to the range. I was unable to use my ammo of choice (Fed) on either outing. Used what the range shop had on hand; unfortunately that's how the closest range operates - (buy our ammo to use our range) . I had problems with another .40 I had with me (ftf, fte), which is a weapon I've never had a single problem with...until this outing. The PX is a sexy weapon with the features I like. I'm positive feeding her the correct nutrients will resolve any issues.

Just as I expected....
Just as I expected. Great right out of the box. Good trigger. I originally wanted the 9mm version but it has been out for sometime. I like 40 cal as well. Great for 40 cal. Good ergonomics and recoil impulse. Hoping to buy a compact 9mm slide someday to have both calibers available but for now I'm happy with the 40 cal version.
