A: Grant, Yes the sights are replaceable. Rear sight has a set screw and slid in a dove tale. Front sight just a set screw. A great replacement for $50 is Dawson Precision Fiber Optic Sight. Also CZ Custom has a tritium replacement sight. You can also use CZ Shadow combat rear sight and CZ P07-09 tritium front sight. Trijicon and Night Fision perfect dot tritium sights.

A: No Kody, this pistol is not 'optics ready'. One could mount an optic on it by buying a mount that replaces the rear sight, to save the expense and "permanence"of having the slide milled - and have the option of changing it back at any time. .
