A: Both capacity Packages are sold Chris. The 10rd mag version are packaged to be sold in states that have a magazine capacity restriction. Most manufacturers offer a 10rd ackage for this very situation. The pistols are the same and will accept either 10rd or standard capacity magazines. Just the mags are different with the 10rd mags being internally blocked to only hold 10rds.
