A: Glock model numbers starting with U are made in the US while the model numbers that start with P are from Austria. Everything about it should be identical other than the country listed on the side. The picture is probably showing PG2150203, looks like most sites listing this model have the Austrian gun in the picture instead of the US model.

A: Daniel, yes as long as you don't reverse the magazine release to the right side. Gen 3 Magazines are identical to gen 4 magazines except gen 3 mags are only notched for the magazine catch on one side. So if you're a left handed shooter and reverse the magazine catch it won't work. If you haven't reversed the magazine release then gen 3 Magazines will fit and function just fine in a gen 4.
