Ordered on Friday picked it up today Wed. Looks great even better than my G17 Gen 4 FDE. Trigger feels much lighter, and the slide release is much easier to manipulate than on my other glocks. Will be changing out the sights, but other than that everything looks good. Taking it to the range on Friday for a workout. It's a Glock I expect nothing will go wrong. I've been waiting to get a G34 for some time and was just holding off, not sure why. When I saw the FDE one on Bud's on Friday I was already clicking buy, glad I did. And of course Bud's was great as always, this is my 6th firearm purchase from Buds. All have been painless and have been kept informed every step of the way from processing to shipping.

I LOVE THIS GUN!!!!...
I LOVE THIS GUN!!!! Almost completes my Glock collection...ALMOST! But it's a sweetie, nice LONG sight radius, same mag compatibility as my Gen 3 FDE G17, the Gen 4 mag release (which I ADORE!) coupled with the factory extended slide release mean I do not need to add anything in the way of control's, just Glock PERFECTION, as I really do see the G34 as the pinnacle of Glock's line, the beveled nose just like my G26 just makes ANY Glock look so much better!! I ordered this last summer on layaway and got it early fall, opening the box at my FFL was like opening the Ark of the Covenant...I think there might have even been golden rays of light shining out of it!!! Just recently ordered a couple set's of Ameriglo Pro- I-Dot's for G17 and G26, and if I like them, I'll get a set for this too, if the adjustable sight's were metal w/a deeper notch so the(like all glock plastic sights) sight picture allowed the entire dot to sit in the 'U' white outline when the sight's are even I would only change the front sight out. BUT, the Glock 34, in the Gen 4 w/almost perfect grip texture (goldilocks style, not too slick, Gen 3, not too rough, RTF 2, juuuust right!), perfect mag release I don't have to shift my grip a bit(really don't with any of my G3's, but just a better button, and reversible for you southpaws), perfect slide release, and in my favorite frame color EVER, FDE, also, this run was made AFTER they began including the beavertail's in matching FDE and I really am digging them, my G4 G30 has 'em too, but my G4 G26 which has the notch for it didn't include them so I'm ordering those seperate as they really do improve the feel and REALLY make it look unique ... It really is one sight set away from being PERFECT out of the box! Well, one note, I do usually prefer the G4 trigger over the lighter, more squishy G3, I thought it would have been a little lighter w/Glock putting the 4.5# connector in it, but ehhh, I can DEFINITELY live with it no problem. MAKE ANOTHER FDE RUN WITH LIPSEYS GLOCK, they're obviously popular, more so than the OD which I do NOT like, and I want MORE, I don't have enough yet, LOL!
