First, let me begin by...
First, let me begin by expressing how Buds Gun Shop has won a customer for life. Although, I did not actually speak to a representative at BGS, I still will rate the level of service as OUTSTANDING. From the selection, to the order confirmation, the two-day shipping and a text from my FFL…phenomenal service…Thank You!!!\r \r Now, the Walther PPQ M2 9mm Talo Edition is a beautiful gun. She is well-balance, lite, a great fit (with the large back-straps-better) and take down is super-easy. Let me tell you; that trigger is "crazy". So, I carry a Sig P229 and/or HK-P30S, both in .40 S&W. Hammer fires for which I have developed a totally tactile muscle-memory interface. My brain knows after that first squeeze, the trigger will sit back all I have to do is guide it back to reset. This PPQ trigger is - dare I say, intuitive. Please understand this intuition will require many hours of repetition and simulation. A few shots got away from me, meaning the shots surprised me; these shots typically hit exactly where I'm aiming. Thus, I plan to spend a ton to time adjusting to that TRIGGER.\r \r …but wait, it was not a perfect first 90 rounds (the intent was 150 rounds). The PPQ ran fine initially, about seven mags into the shoot, she began failing to feed; the rounds where stacking (two unspent rounds on top of each other) at the feed ramp; failure to ejects, not even stove piping, just the casing on top of a round stuck at the ramp). The experience was somewhat disconcerting. In preparation for my next range visit; I thoroughly cleaned and lubed her and she if ready to "Rock". In addition, I was shooting CCI Blazer Aluminum, if the aluminum is the issue, cool…all brass all the time moving forward. However, if the brass doesn't run like a gazelle crossing a lion's backyard…well, it was a virgin shoot; thus, I am hoping the PPQ will get it bearings and stay true. \r \r In conclusion, Buds is a great resource for all my firearms needs. I foresee my wish list filling up, then my cart checking-out. The PPQ in spite of the rough start. In all aspects appears to be a well-made gun. An amazing feel, lite and a super trigger reset. Walther has a strong reputation. Which is why I will not let that Virgin Shoot discourage my faith in my PPQ. I trust myself and I am certain in time, I will trust my PPQ to perform in the manner it was designed to; when I need it to…should that day/night ever come.\r \r Thanks again BGS!!!\r

I love this pistol....
I love this pistol. The coyote brown color is awesome, and just what I've been looking for. The ergonomics and trigger are excellent. \r \r I took it to the range today, and wow! It shoots more accurate than I am. Maybe the trigger had something to do with that? So far, 100% reliable.
