BUD'S CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AFTER MY REVIEW AND OFFERED TO HAVE THE GUN PICKED UP AT THEIR EXPENSE AND SHIPPED TO TRISTAR. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFULL. I STAND CORRECTED.

RESPONSE BY BUDS: CALLED CUSTOMER TO EXPLAIN OUR POLICY TO HIM. HE ONLY NEEDED TO REFUSE TRANSFER OF THE GUN TO GET HIS CHOICE OF A FULL REFUND OR A NEW REPLACEMENT GUN. BY ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER HE CAUSED THIS TO BECOME A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ISSUE. UNFORTUNATE AND UNNECESSARY. RECEIVED GUN QUICKLY, BUT- THE BARREL WAS RUSTED UNDER THE RIB ALONG ITS ENTIRE LENGTH. THE TRGGER FAILED TO ENGAGE SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE EJECTORS FAILED REPEATLY. BUD'S REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR THE GUNS CONDITION SAYING I WOULD HAVE TO CALL TRISTAR.
