A: It can penetrate but it also depends on the distance and the length of the barrel. For example, if you're shooting at 100 yards with an AR pistol using two to three ammo then it's not going to have enough velocity. If you're using a 26-inch Barrel that's a out of a bolt action rifle you will get a lot more velocity.
