Fiocchi, please...
Fiocchi, please improve your product. I advise against purchasing this ammunition. While the hollow points are inexpensive, they jam frequently due to a clear design flaw. The tip of the hollow point is excessively sharp instead of rounded, which increases the likelihood of the next round getting stuck during chambering by 15-30% after the first shot. This sharpness can also damage the metal inside your gun, such as the feed ramp or the top of the barrel. I tested these rounds in three different guns. My Diamondback DB.380, Beretta Cheetah, and Bodyguard 2.0 and encountered the same issues with all of them. The bullet simply doesn't want to feed without getting caught on something inside the gun. If you don't believe me, Google a picture of this round and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. It's important to choose rounded hollow points, as .380s typically have lighter recoil springs. If there are feeding issues, the spring may not be strong enough to force the round into battery. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review if it weren't a genuine problem, but it is. The design is flawed, and for self-defense ammunition, the last thing you want is a high chance of jamming. I give this ammo 2 stars because it's only job is to expand upon impact and chamber the next round when I need to defend my life.
