A: Skyler, This is an amazing but expensive self defense round. It is solid copper. It comes out of a 5" barrel at 1220 fps. It will penetrate about a foot. Make seven (7) different wound channels as it spreads, penetrates, and separates. If you had to use it in self defense the prosecution may argue that you really wanted to cause damage. Not your normal round. Get out your wallet if you want to shoot a bunch of it.

A: while it may work as advertised I would stick with Federal P10HS1 Hydra-Shok Jacketed Hollow Point my concerns are over penetration and if I have to use it what will happen in court after.
