Just shot my 4th deer...
Just shot my 4th deer with this load. 3 of the 4 were vital/shoulder area shots and did not have an exit but did have bleeding from entry wound. 1 of the 4 was a neck shot that did exit and caused massive bleeding. All 4 dropped immediately. Not a single one ran. This is why I switch to 450. No more tracking. If you hit vitals with 450 it will drop instsntly, unlike many 30 cal shots I have made. The round is not a match grade in my opinion and does not group tighlty by my standards, but it has performed well terminaly on every buck I have taken it with and cut through brush.
