I use the wolf match...

I use the wolf match xtra for long range at out local club, my experience with the ammo is out of every box of 50 I get at least 3 to 4 miss fires. I am looking for a moore reliable ammo. When shooting a timed stage and you can load only 5 rounds a misfire really changes your score.

I recently purchased...

I recently purchased the wolf match 22LR ammo to shoot rimfire matches at a local club. We shoot 50 and 100 yard targets. The photo above is one of the 50 yard targets using the wolf ammo in a Ruger 10/22 with an older Volquartsen target barrel. I used a Weaver 4x16 scope set at max power. The flyer is obviously on me. I was happy and impressed with my results at 50. But at 100, my scope/rifle setup and shooter skills were not up to the task and the groups really opened up. Based on the 50 yard target groups, I would recommend this ammo for this type of shooting, especially in a good bolt gun. I'm confident in head shots on squirrels with this combo.
