The outer belt uses Type 13 webbing as a load-bearing base with a PALS section cut from a semi-rigid woven thermo-polymer, reinforced with 12-layer Tegris to reduce droop and maintain structure. A 1.75 in Austrialpin Cobra buckle with D-ring secures the belt, while the inner belt interfaces via hook/loop so you can configure the system with MOLLE mounting capabilities and an EDC-ready inner belt feel.
