I was happy with the...
I was happy with the delivery of the product.\\r\ However upon opening the package I discovered I was missing one of the barrel tennons. I called the manufacturer upon discovery of this and was told they would ship me one but they are 120 days out. I had no choice but to wait as I also contacted Buds and they said they could not help me because they did not keep any parts on hand and no return of product after 10 days of delivery \\r\ I believe it was day 15 before I opened the box \\r\ I am more than a little disappointed that they could not take the part from a barrel they had in stock so I could have a useable product \\r\ This part is probably only about a 10 cent item but is essential to the completion of the product \\r\ So in conclusion I would suggest you inventory your parts immediately upon delivery \\r\ I am still considering protesting the charges on my credit card until I receive the part I am missing \\r\
