Got this for grand-son...
Got this for grand-son in Montana , the pack is what it is , we`re not prepers just want them to be ready for the what ifs , ,cotents there are basic but that`s fine , it`ll do the job , and at 12 ya start where understanding is & it`s a good way to teach what`s needed. The pack it`s self was replaced with a better quality hunting pack , this one isn't padded & has no waste band , but again I`ve added things to pack , if your lookin for something to set near the door to grab on the way out or put in the truck for storms the pack is fine , but NOT for any time on trail . Did buy a 2nd one for the other grand-son . Prepare for the what ifs & hope for the best .
