A: Jim, Yes this is the "Tipton Best Gun Vise".This is a pretty simple to use and useful gun vise. Tipton makes a step up in their model 110011 for about twice the price. Others to compare it to would be Hyskore cleaning and sight vise or an Allen vise product.
