happy with buds,...
happy with buds, unhappy with bond arms. allow me to emphasize that everything involving buds went well. the stinger rs 22lr, with its lesser polished rowdy/roughneck construction, was a totally different story. just like my late rowdy 357/38 derringer, the stinger's barrel lever locked up tight upon shooting, was impossible to open with a fast thumb swipe as do my several original gen2 b.a. derringers and multiple barrels. i believe that the problem is the stinger rs' and rowdy/roughneck's purposely lesser-finished, cheaper build quality. no good. b.a. excels when it sticks to its higher quality derringers. the thin stinger rs' geometry felt uncomfortable in my hand, even with an original, wider grip, but this is a personal taste, not functionality, issue. do yourself a favor, if you want a b.a. derringer spend the extra money and get an original gen2 model.
