These rail kits are...

These rail kits are indispensable with regard to installing lights and even slings. Even though the Storm has a front sling attach point, it is not known for being durable and the side and bottom rail kit are a better option. Some rifles shipped with the top rail but for those that don't have it, you need it for any optic installation. I recommend these kits and Buds as usual handles order fast and flawlessly.

I bought a CX4 a few...

I bought a CX4 a few weeks back and anticipated purchasing this part. I saw a few reviews of this part on other websites, with users complaining they were missing a rail. Now that I own a CX4, I know why. My rifle never came with a side rail despite the owners manual suggesting it does. I called Beretta USA and was told by a service rep that Beretta stopped shipping the single rail with their rifles, along with the spacer pad for the stock (shame on you, Beretta!), but said he would ship me one free of charge. If you are someone who didn't receive the rail with your rifle and anticipate buying this part, call Beretta USA and make your complaint. This part will not work without the other rail to bolt the part down. Personally, I refuse to spend another >$20 on a part that is supposed to come with the rifle simply so Beretta can take more money from me. Bud's was great by the way. Awesome service, will buy from again in the future.
