The SIG Sauer P365-380 X-Change Kit converts your 9mm P365 platform to a .380 ACP P365-380 configuration. It includes the caliber-specific slide assembly with a Nitron finish, a 3.1 inch .380 ACP barrel, SIGLITE night sights, the P365-380 black polymer grip module, and a 10-round .380 ACP magazine. The kit is designed to be used with your existing P365 fire control unit for operation.

I'm going to give mine...
I'm going to give mine a one star only because I can't give it a zero. From day one it's been a PITA with many failures to extract and the fired case sticks in the chamber needing to be driven out with a range rod. My first thought was it just needed to be broken in but after 400 rounds it's going back to Sig.

The .380 worked...
The .380 worked flawlessly. Feed, fired and ejected through 100 FMJ & 20 defense JHP. The exchange kit was easy to install. Perfect fit. As advertised and would buy again from Bud's. The first two pictures are from the .380 caliber exchange kit I purchased here from Bud's. I only used the .380 slide. The frames on all three pictures are XL grip modules I purchased from Sig Sauer. So the first 2 pictures are .380 and the 3rd is a 9mm.
