Devil Dog Concepts Hard Charger side charging handle system lets you convert a standard forged, Mil-Spec AR-15/M4 flat-top upper to a side charging setup without rebuilding your upper. The non-reciprocating design mounts to the foremost 13th Picatinny rail slot, replacing the factory charging handle while providing room for rear optics and sights.
