A: 2-Lever Combo: Short + Long Levers Machined from Billet 7075-T6 Aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III Hard Coat Anodized Finish Center Shaft Machined from Hardened Steel with Black Nitride Finish Ambidextrous design Compatible with most semi-automatic AR15 and AR10/SR25-pattern rifles Made in the USA- copied from Google. So from the UPC and model number this seems to be a complete safety selector. Not sure why buds says it's not. If you'd like to contact buds customer service you can at 859-368-0371 Monday threw Friday 9am-9pm. Hope this helps.

A: Brian, The Talon 45/90 ambidextrous AR-15 safety selector is a unique, patent pending design that allows the shooter to change from a 90 degree throw to a 45 degree throw, without having to remove the selector from the lower. The kit has a no screw design that helps to insure that the levers will not come loose or fall off. It is made of 7075 aluminum alloy.
