Fast delivary. As usual from buds. Unfortunatly i ordered the incorrect choke and i couldnt use it as i needed the browning invector,NOT the invector plus and this was my error. However ,even though Buds has always been helpful and the cust.service is courteous and helpful as well , it seems practically impossible to get to a live customer rep using the exact number we are instructed to use for assistance.i tried to speak w someone just for advice on what choke to order and the recording gives 3 options saying what option to choose and i tried all 3 many times and its just about impossible to talk briefly with a live person . Im only trying to buy product from buds and this situation has prevented this at times.my purchase of a choke tube ile never use is because i ended up having to guess on the type for i had no expertise in this and i guessed wrong. To be clear here,i am confident once i do get to speak to someone at buds they will assist me everyway possible.the issue i have is only the difficulty getting a call thru on the number we are given from Buds.Buds still gets 5 stars regardless as this difficulty i have gettin through is on me too somwhat due to having practically no knowledge navigating computers and cell phones! When i get the choke tube i need (after eventually making contact w buds) the service and deliviary ,as well as the quality of the product will get 5 stars im sure.Thanks sincerelly ....The Elderly...
