The L.E. Wilson hardened stainless steel neck sizing bushing is a precision reaming insert used to fine-tune case neck diameter for consistent neck tension and more precise bullet seating. Wilson bushings are made in .001 inch increments, and the marked size refers to the middle of the bushing, which is reamed with a .003 inch taper.
