I bought this to use...
I bought this to use as a host a CMMG .22 conversions and PCC uppers. So I was looking for the cheapest but still reliable AR lower and upper there was. As I did not want to use any of my select fire or SBR'ed lowers nor use any of my LWRC, SIG, HK, Colt,Ruger, DD or other high priced piston or SBR'ed AR's. So shopped around and waited till it was a good price then bought one I paired it with a Del-Ton 16in DI upper and a .40 Stern Defense upper. Very inexpensive build, this lower is very basic but its all mil-spec and made of 7075-T6 Aluminum with MOE furniture which speaks or itself. Only thing I switched out was the trigger group and added the the PCC mag adapter for the Stern .40 upper. With both the .22 and .40 conversions both ran perfectly and was loads of fun. This lower fits every mil-spec STANAG mag no problem. I tested fitted it with some of my uppers like my HKMR556, SIG516 to a LWRC Reaper no wobbles everything seems pretty solid and totally mil-spec. I bought this mainly for a range toy and project gun. But for someone on a budget, project gun or a newcomer this is a pretty well built complete lower for the price. And Aero is a solid company with great CS. I would recommend it. Its way better built than most of the stripped lower builds I see most people have built that's for sure. ; ) Stay safe!
