It was not a direct...

It was not a direct fit on my government 1911 22 built by Walther for Colt. It took a small amount of machining, due to the screw heads on the inside of the grip. Afterwards they fit perfect in really make this gun . Very happy

Q: will these grips fit a rock island armory 1911 FSHC 10mm

A: no they will not to start with the doublestack gun has a tab at the back upper side of the grip and these would also not be wide enough to fit the doublestack frame. Grips for para ordnance double stack will fit look at the 2nd picture here and you can see the tab https://armscor.com/firearms/ria/tac-series/tac-ultra-fs-hc-45-acp/

A: Jw, No they will not fit a rock island armory 1911 FSHC 10mm it is too big for those wood grips. They are for regular size 1911 grip.
