Nice product. The fit...
Nice product. The fit and finish is excellent. The worst part about these is removing the OEM base plate. YouTube videos helped with, and once installed they are perfect. They do reduce concealabiligy somewhat, but you know that going in. If you want a 3 finger grip on your baby glock you need this extensions. Recommended.

I purchased the Pearce...
I purchased the Pearce Grip PG26G4 For Glock 26/27/33/39 with the purchase of the Glock 26 Gen 5, which is a fine compact weapon. I have changed out the bottom plates on the magazines to the Pearce Grip PG26G4 For Glock 26/27/33/39 and fired several rounds through it since receiving lit last week. Here are the pros and cons I have found and hopefully assist others in their choosing of this weapon and the extension grips.\r \r When changing out the bottom plates on the magazines the plastic tool provided by glock was not sturdy enough to make this an easy job. the too bent and curved in 2 of the 3 magazines when pushing in the release button. this made the interior plate flip sideways and required a better metal tool to get the job done. Fortunately, I had access to a gunsmith buddy with such a tool and in a few of fiddling around we were able to get the job done., and place the Pearce extensions on the magazines. \r \r Since I started am speaking of the grip here, I will continue on this area as there was a major con I noticed in firing. I have a medium sized hand and the standard grip fit my hand just fine without any changing out to any of the back plates that come with the Glock 26. I tried a few rounds with each and then just removed them, as the base grip of the Glock 26 fit my hand the best. However, is this is the con, on the Glock 26 Gen 5 there is a nub at the base of the pistol grip where the magazine feeds. I imgagine this was put there for give the ring finger a place to rest with the standard magazine base. when I added the extension grips to the magazines, this created a "PINCH POINT" on the pinky finger which happened twice while shooting the snappy 115gr Federal FMJ rounds. I am sure it was me snugging my pinky up too far on the grip, but something I wanted to make others aware of, because it does create a bit of a "sting" when it pinched under that nub on the grip. These are the only cons I found.\r \r I did find with the slightly heavier 124 grain HST and Hydrashok, there was less "snap" and better control. The 147 grain HST obviously added a little more weight, but seemed to have even less "snap" and more control, over the 124 gr, and defiantly way better than 115gr. \r \r This weapon performed well. I did order this have the factory night sights , as opposed to the standard polymer sights that Glock just needs to do away with Period. I hindsight, (forgive the pun, I should have opted to order the Ameriglo night sights which is an available option on the Glock 26 gen 5, but that model was not in stock and available at the time of my order. Still quite happy the metal tritium night sight upgrade though.\r \r Hope this helps, and I want to thank the others that reviewed this weapon on Buds it helped in my selection.
