The Pearce Grip PG-G4+ Grip Extension is a black polymer magazine floor-plate replacement built for Glock Gen 4 sub-compact, mid-size, and full-size high-capacity magazines. It increases magazine capacity for supported calibers by replacing the original floor plate and internal locking plate, while being designed for durability in harsh conditions.

I put these on all of...

I put these on all of my Glock 23 Mags. With a standard 13 round mag I'm worried about 13+1 because I can't rack the slide smoothly with the mag fully loaded to 13 so it's best to load down 1. With the extension I can load the mag to 15 and rack the slide with no issues so 15+1 isn't a problem. Plus, 2 extra rounds is never a bad thing.

A: This unit adds capacity to Generation 4 & 5 Sub-Compact, Mid, and Full Size Glock high capacity magazines. This magazine extension replaces the original floor plate and internal locking plate and adds two rounds to a 9mm; two rounds to a 40SW and 357SIG, and one round to a 45GAP magazine. This unit will not fit the 10mm or 45ACP models-copied from Google. So yes this will fit a Glock 17 gen 5. Hope this helps.
