The Ruger MAX-9 Long Slide Assembly (SKU 90750) is a genuine factory accessory built to convert a MAX-9 pistol to an optic-ready long-slide configuration. It replaces the pistol’s standard slide (including the loaded chamber indicator-equipped slide) with a turnkey assembly that includes the optic-ready slide, a 4 in barrel, and the necessary slide components for installation. The included sights support co-witness use with micro red dot optics built on a JPoint/Shield-pattern direct-mount style footprint.

My Ruger Max-9 came...

My Ruger Max-9 came with a 3.2" barrel and slide and worked flawlessly. However, I purchased a Ruger 4" barrel and slide. The 4" slide is loose on the frame and rattles like a WWII surplus 1911. The accuracy is not close to the 3.2" barrel at 15 yards and more like improved cylinder accuracy. I contacted Ruger but never heard back. This slide might work on your frame but this is my experience.
