The Yankee Hill Machine 3102-28A Phantom Flash Hider is a 5.56mm Q.D. interface flash hider made for use with the YHM Q.D. Phantom Sound Suppressor. It retains the Phantom platform’s flash-reduction performance while providing a quick-disconnect connection that is designed to support, align, and protect the suppressor’s internal moving components.

This is a great flash...
This is a great flash hider and I have gotten a lot of good comments about how it looks on the AR- 15s.

The product is great...
The product is great but picture doesn't represent the actual product. It is the newer YHM muzzle device. I kinda like the older versions looks but I understand why YHM went to a snag free muzzle device.

This worked perfectly...
This worked perfectly for attaching a YHM Phantom to my 5.56 AR. Minus the can, flash hiding capabilities are average at best and overall aesthetics are so-so as a stand-alone muzzle device. The product I received from Bud's is the older version, which does not have the carbon scraping serrations at the front and doesn't look like the product picture. I eventually got the YHM Blast Deflector (YHM-3130) to go around it, which is a must-have for this product if shooting next to folks at the range.
