Product Overview
The Harris LS swivel bipod is a clamp-on shooting support designed for Q.D. stud-equipped bolt action rifles. It features spring-loaded folding legs for quick height changes within the 9 in to 12 in range, plus sling attachment provisions and adjustment for off-center stud placement. Built with high strength anodized aluminum alloy and tempered spring steel in stressed areas, it is finished in black anodized for durable field use.

Nice bipod. No quality...
Nice bipod. No quality issues noticed so far. Mounted to TC Compass II 3006 rifle with no issues. Overall, very happy with Bud's and my Harris Bipod purchase.

I've only had this...
I've only had this bipod for a few days. I have it mounted on my new M1A rifle (also from Bud's), and it works great. No complaints about the product itself, but I was a little disappointed in the customer service I got when I ordered it. It was very uncharacteristic of my past experience with Bud's. Maybe I'm being chauvinistic, but I had reservations when the sales rep I was connected with was a woman. Since I've never bought or used a bipod before, and I had not yet received my new rifle to be able to study it, I had a couple of questions like "Will this bipod mount on the new M1A that I just ordered?" She assured me that yes, it would. My next question was "Will I need any kind of adapter to attach this to my M1A?" Her response was, "Please hold for a moment. Let me check." After holding a minute or so, she came back on the line and said, "No, you don't need an adapter, it will attach directly to that rifle." This was incorrect information. It's a good thing I didn't believe her and decided to visit the manufacturer's web site, where I found the adapter I would need and ordered it directly from the manufacturer to have it in time to immediately mount the bipod on my new rifle when it arrived from Bud's. Bottom line, great product, service surprisingly not up to the usual standard from Bud's on this particular order.
