This was my first purchase from budsgunshop.com. The site was good about telling me that the item was going to ship from the distributor. It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time and arrived in a timely fashion. The directions for installing this trigger were good. I was able to easily install this trigger in 10 minutes or less using only a punch tool and this was my first time installing any trigger. When I tested this trigger on the range, I was extremely pleased. It's smooth, light, crisp and made a good gun to shoot even more pleasant. I don't hate the Glock trigger as many people do, but the Timney is much better. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their Glock.
