CMMG’s Dissent is designed to simplify compact 9mm AR-style builds using the upper receiver to house the action and recoil assembly. This 9mm Luger Dissent upper uses Compact Action with Radial Delayed Blowback and a fixed ejector for a cleaner, less bulky configuration, while the forward non-reciprocating left-side charging handle lets you run the bolt quickly without losing sight of your target.
