A: Durrand - this will work, I imagine, as a place to carry your Taurus. Carrying your extra magazine on your holster however puts the magazine in a place that is very awkward, at best, to reach with your support hand, and virtually impossible to reach in an expeditious manner. Carrying your extra mag in your front pocket on your support hand side is much easier to reach for a reload if needed, or better yet in a mag pouch on your belt, on the support hand side. .

A: Yes it will fit but as it is a universal it will have no retention, so i would limit it to nothing more then a range holster. With no retention it would be ill advised to use this as an EDC, or duty holster for that you'd want something custom made for your firearm.
