The Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Pouch on the Helium Whisper MOLLE platform is designed to carry and quickly access a CAT tourniquet (or similarly sized tourniquets) with a fast, one-hand draw. The tourniquet is secured inside an elastic keeper under a lid that folds up and is held closed with hook-and-loop, then opened with a pull tab for rapid retrieval when conditions are wet, gloved, or urgent.
