The Safariland 578 GLS Pro-Fit Large is a belt-mounted handgun holster designed for pistols with 5.3–6 in barrels. It uses the GLS (Grip Lock System) to automatically secure the handgun when holstered and release it when you apply your middle finger with a natural shooting grip. I wore this for about...
I wore this for about 30 minutes before I noticed the weapon was not being locked in correctly. After looking at it closely I found that the catch was not resetting and had to be pressed down manually before the weapon would seat in and lock properly . I had literally pulled the weapon out 2 times and the 3rd time I tried to insert it in the holster , it would not lock in. I love the Gun....The holster leave much to be desired.
