Holster is exactly as described with the coordinating safariland parts number. Comes with both paddle and belt loop attachments. Holster works great with my 43x mos, vortex defender ccw optic and stream light tlr-7 sub light. Shipping was fast from buds. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again.
