The biggest benefit,...

The biggest benefit, it works. Not having to change batteries, worrying if the feeder has died and not throwing corn, or buying a separate solar panel and mounting it is a big pay off. The functions are easy to set and it mounts easy to your barrel. Having the ability to set motor speeds is neat also. I have bear problems so mine hangs high. Setting the motor so it doesn't throw so far holds the game longer when they don't have to look so hard for the feed. The biggest gripe I have. They need to include the varmit guard with it. Didn't think about it until I had it in and realized it doesn't have one. The guard also needs to cover the whole unit. My fear is, that when a squirrel hangs off the unit trying to get corn they will damage the solar panel. They will be hanging on to it as well. Hasn't been in long but these are my thoughts. Good hunting!
