A: Maryland bans magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds. A lower capacity magazine would ship straight to you though. A: Hi Aaron, While purchasing and manufacturing magazines of capacity greater than 10 rounds in the state of MD is illegal, possession is not. So, as long as you purchase or manufacture them out of the state, they are perfectly legal to own. Bud's can not ship them to MD. You can buy them out of state and bring them home.
