A: Daniel, yes this is a Gen4 GLOCK 20 10mm Magazine, 15 Rounds with the double cut magazine body and will work if you have reversed your magazine release on your Gen 4 GLOCK 20/40.

A: Yes. This magazine will fit all the Glock 10 mm handguns. The SF model has same size magazine well as all the Glock 10 mm models. The outside grip size on the SF model is the same as the Gen 4 G 20 with the smallest back strap installed.
