The bottom drum part...

The bottom drum part is "plastic" but that is to be expected and the top insert is metal. Which I prefer. When it is loaded with the full 110 rounds it would fail to feed. Which could be from needed break in or maybe I somehow got more than the 110 rds. Hell, I lost count after eighty or so. It worked flawlessly after I took out five rounds from the mag. It is really easy to load but does take some time to get 110 in the mag. It was a blast having that many rounds but after firing 50 or so I kind of ran out of enthusiasm. The 22 round magazine that comes with it is actually enough at a lower price to satisfy the urge to blow stuff up at a faster rate. So if you want to shoot all day with one mag then you need this magazine. I am very pleased with it. I want to thank Buds for a speedy transactionand a nice variety of choices. Great service from Buds as usual
