TL;DR It's an extra mag in your kit. Basic yet necessary. \\r\ \\r\ The Remington 783 was the first gun I've ever owned. As such, I cannot emphasize enough the necessity of having extra mags. Whether you're on the range or in the woods, its best to come prepared. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the bolt will pass over the magazine without picking up a round (Happens about 2% of the time). It's likely a design flaw with the rifle rather than the magazine. \\r\ \\r\
