Q: I have a question about this item. It says it has "Free FedEx Option". I'm curious what this exactly means because when I add it to my cart and try to check out it only gives me two shipping options. Insured ($10) or none-insured ($9). I guess I figured Free FedEx Option meant there was free shipping so I figured I'd ask. Thank you!
