The only reason I am...

The only reason I am giving 2 stars (one more than the bare minimum) is the fast shipping and service from buds. These magazines will warp and self-destruct in the summer heat. 4 out of 6 magazines got soft in 97F during a competition shoot. They were loaded and mostly in the shade / sun. Still the plastic got soft, the magazines bend under the loaded pressure and were damaged beyond repair. The only two magazines that survived these 4 hours were the backup mags which were not loaded. If you research this issue, you will find a constant string of complaints throughout the internet of this exact issue. Furthermore, Smith stopped replacing them when this failure occurs, unless it is the magazine that came with the rifle. If you already have a MP15-22 this is your only option but find a way to keep them cool in summer, especially when loaded!
