The USPS foobared the...

The USPS foobared the original delivery. When I contacted Bud's, they resent. One week after receiving the resend, I received the original. I'm waiting to hear from Bud's on how I can pay them for the second one without having them ship another. Great customer service in any case! I had only bought one magazine as I read a review indicating the magazine wouldn't work in the user's rifle, with the bolt hitting the feed lips, but I still wanted to give it a try. The bolt in my SR-9 did likely kiss the feed lips, but it functioned fine. I cycled it a few times, then polished the feed lips where it had rubbed with some emory cloth. Since the second mag arrived the day I was headed to the range to test, I loaded both up and tested (without doing any polishing on the second). Both ran fine, no issues, and dropped free more cleanly than the factory metal mags. Next time I am looking for mags, I'll get more of these.

Simply doesn't work in...

Simply doesn't work in my PTR-91GI. When magazine locked in a rifle bolt catches magazine lips and does not cycle. I didn't even try to fire. Even without ammunition bolt doesn't lock because it interferes with magazine lips. Standard HK magazines work 100% reliable, both steel and aluminum. This Thermold will require some modification. I just didn't have time to play with it yet.
