The NcSTAR 2963 Series Expert Plate Carrier is built with MOLLE webbing across the front, back, and side panels for flexible customization with common tactical accessories. It features adjustable shoulder straps and a length-adjustable cummerbund for a secure, customized MED-2XL fit, plus a separate pocket arrangement for soft ballistic panels.
