Shield Sights Low Pro slide mounting plate is designed for the Glock 43 and lets you mount an RMSc without milling or cutting the slide. This low-profile plate replaces the factory rear iron sights and positions the optic to sit flush with the slide and the RMSc/SMSc footprint.
