my first red dot and...
my first red dot and did not really know what to expect. Read all the reviews pro and con, everyone has opinions now days. I was not going to buy one made in China, period. I picked Burris. Now after having it a couple of months and several magazines of ammo shot with it. I am impressed. 67 year old eyes really give iron sights a fit. By the way it is mounted on a Ruger mark iv hunter. I know it has a AR mount but didn't use the mount at present time. Got a different mount. With the three brightness 3 moa red dots can't really decide which one I like best. Probably leaning towards the fine red dot. But shoot with all three. Would not have any problems recommending this Burris Fast Fire 3. In fact I have the AR mount it came with and mounts for a 10/22 and one for a Henry. So guess I need (want) three more red dots! The fast fire 3 will do just fine for all of them. I wanted quality but did not want solar panels, smart phone blue tooth app, or time and temp on it. LOL! I got what I wanted and it turned out better than I expected. As always Bud's did their part superbly, thank you Bud's. 5 stars
