Shot bout 700-800rds out of my Five-seveN and it holds up pretty well, holds it's zero fine even with sight racking. i personally keep it at mid settings to preserve the battery (around like 1.5 to 2 yrs life) but on max brighness it'll last you more or less about 30 days.
